Delivery

Delivery of the product is carried out in packaging:

• plastic container  in a metal crate – volume of 1000 liters
• plastic and metal barrels – volume of 200 liters
• cans with volume of  50/20/10 liters
• tank-truck loading.

Scheme of returnable containers may be applied to plastic containers with volume of 1000 liters at the request of customers. In this case, the buyer acquires the first batch of heat-carriers, coolants and the containers, which in subsequent will be returned.

The manufacturer performs the shipment on terms, which are convenient to the customers: from own warehouse (ex-works manufacturer, Kyiv city,  Orositelna street, 15в (г. Киев, ул. Оросительная, 15б)) or with delivery to the buyer's warehouse (free warehouse of the Buyer).

The manufacturer exports its products according to Incoterms 2002.

Along with the delivery, the customer will receive:

• supporting accounting documentation
• Safety and Health Certificate for the product
• manufacturer's specification

We carry out delivery on the territory of Ukraine.

For regions (oblasts) of Ukraine:

• Pickup from warehouse at your residential locality – service “Warehouse - Warehouse”.
• Delivery to the door – service “Warehouse - Door” (requires additional payment).
